Happy New Year!

Wow...it's already the first day of 2010 and we want to wish all of you a Happy New Year filled with many memories! Thank you for making 2009 a fantastic year for us at PSB. 

 We have SO many exciting things in store for you - we can't wait to get started!  We've already placed orders for new product and are expecting a delivery from Prima Flowers (Prima paper too!) early next week.  Also ordered is Bo Bunny Love Bandit paper, Making Memories Love Struck collection, Bella Blvd., The Paper Co. Woodland Whimsy and so much more!  We will be attending CHA this month - and CAN NOT WAIT to order new paper and goodies...just for your creative pleasure! (and ours too!)  We can't help it, we're addicted to paper.......  :)

 

Mary's Card Class

 

Mary will be teaching these beautiful cards on January 12th at 1pm.  Come in and learn many how to make tissue paper flowers, embossing and flip up cards  - Mary always uses the latest techniques in her classes!

Fancy Pants

 
 We received a special delivery today from our favorite guy in brown!  Fancy Pants Vintage Valentine paper is here, and do we LOVE it!  We can't wait to make a project with this pretty paper!

 
 
Here's the perfect paper for all those little dancers out there.....Dancing Girl!  This darling paper is double sided - it has tutu's, tights and ballet shoes.  There are matching rub-ons, glittered frames and pom pom trim to go with.

We Have Gingerbread House Contest Winners!

First of all, we would like to thank everyone who participated in the Gingerbread House Contest!  We can appreciate all of the hard work that went into each and every house, they were just beautiful!

 

First place went to Barb Camm - she is very detail oriented and it shows in her pretty two story Victorian style house!

 

Second place went to Suzette Wallen - her house is a Dog Bakery and it has lots of cute little details like dog bone shingles and even yellow snow!  

 
 

Third place went to Vickie Joslin - her house is beautiful!  She made hers a "complex" complete with stucco.

 

 

The winner of the random drawing went to Linda Bates and her granddaughter Kyra - look at this sweet house they made together!

 
 

 

Each year we think that the houses can't get any better...but I'm happy to say we are wrong! Can't wait to see next years entries...it's never to early to get started for next year!   
  

Christmas Layout Class

 
 
Okay...we're posting this class a little bit earlier than the last one!  If you're looking for a Christmas layout that's a little bit funky, well.... this is the class for you!  Karen used the Collage Press Joyride collection and added in a few others for good measure---this is the perfect class to learn how to combine lines of paper and embellishments!  Join us on December 12th at 1pm.  If you can't make it to class, take it as a kit.

Oops, I forgot to post today's Card Class!  Mary did a beautiful job on the cards for class; the red and blue Birthday card is a shaker card with floating stars and the easel card is layered using the Spellbinder dies.  If you can't make it to class you can take it as a kit!
